Ana does an amazing job. She is so gentle and caring and clearly passionate about her practice. I highly recommend Ana if you are looking for reflexology treatment. She treated me once while pregnant with my twins, and again afterward. I have continued regular bookings with her to help relieve tension improve overall wellness.

Ana is a remarkable healer. Reflexology sessions were truly amazing. I started with quite a number of little, pesky issues and now I feel like everything has improved, from sleep to hormonal imbalances... Absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful experience. This was my first time trying reflexology and I am extremely happy I did. I LOVE my sessions with Ana. Not only is she incredibly professional, knowledgeable and skilled, but her therapy space and her demeanor are so soothing and calming. One particular session that I had she had mentioned to me that she was seeing that I may have a particular health issue that should be checked out by my doctor. I wasn't experiencing any symptoms at the time, but 4 months later, she had been absolutely spot on and I indeed had the exact medical issue that she had noticed. I went too my doctor and needed surgery. Ana's expertise are a rare find.

This is an easy recommendation, Ana is amazing! The whole process is amazing I really didnt know what to expect, I thought reflexology was just a person that makes your feet feel better she showed me it's a deeper and much more meaningful then just someone rubbing your feet. My feet felt great after the appointment, my back, arms, neck all felt relief not as great as my feet but my body felt looser. Highly highly recommend going for a visit.
